WHAT IS the tripollar?

The TriPollar is a safe and non-invasive treatment by Pollogen that uses heat-based energy, also known as radiofrequency technology.

It is proven to remodel your skin which helps in the smoothening, firming, and tightening of the skin, all while giving the skin a radiant glow with minimal down time!

can i combine the tripollar with other treatments?

Yes! While it is great on its own, the TriPollar is often added on as an upgrade to several of our other Medi-Facials and OxyGeneo treatments!

what areas can be treated with the tripollar?

The TriPollar treats the face and the neck. If you have specific concerns, such as the eye area, lower face/jowls, or under the chin, we can customize your treatment to focus on those specific areas more.

what does a tripollar treatment feel like?

A TriPollar treatment is incredibly comfortable and even relaxing for most! It’s comparable to the feeling of a hot stone massage.

Your skin may appear flushed or have slight redness after the treatment, which subsides within a few hours.

how many sessions of the tripollar will i need?

Here at Enriched, we recommend starting with our standard treatment package which includes 6 treatments, bi-weekly for optimal and long lasting results.

From there, some clients may want to undergo additional treatment packages to achieve greater results, while others may just proceed with maintenance treatments a few times a year!

You will always gain benefits from TriPollar treatments and it’s perfect for “collagen banking”; there is no downside or disadvantage of continuing to get TriPollar treatments since it is non-ablative and safe for all skin types!

A single TriPollar treatment is as follows:

A standard package of 6 TriPollar treatments offers ~20% in savings per treatment and are as follows:

PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Avoid excessive sun exposure for 1 week before treatment
Avoid ablative hair removal methods (eg. waxing, laser hair removal) 5 days prior to treatment
Discontinue use of active ingredients on the skin (eg. retinol, vitamin C, salicylic acid, AHA’s, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, sulfur) 2-3 days prior to treatment
Ensure you have not taken Accutane for a minimum of 12 months prior to treatment
Ensure you do not have any active eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, or other skin inflammatory flare ups in the area
Ensure you are not currently pregnant and/or breastfeeding

post-care instructions:

Discontinue use of active ingredients on the skin (eg. retinol, vitamin C, salicylic acid, AHA’s, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, sulfur) 2-3 days following to treatment

Appointment policies

If a client arrives 10-15 minutes late to their appointment, we cannot guarantee treatment. If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, the appointment cannot be performed and will be considered a no-show.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered a last-minute cancellation.

Clients with two (2) or more no-shows and/or last-minute cancellations will be required to provide a $50 deposit per service to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the treatment total at the time of service. If the client cancels within 24 hours or does not attend their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

If a client books a pre-purchased service and attends their appointment as scheduled, the deposit will be refunded after the appointment is completed.
