PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses a small sample of your own blood, processed to concentrate natural growth factors that stimulate and strengthen hair follicles. As a natural treatment, results may depend on your overall health and the quality of your plasma, but it remains a trusted, well-established option for restoring hair density and thickness over time.
DERIVE Exosomes are lab-engineered from healthy human stem cells, ensuring a consistent, high concentration of growth factors and regenerative signals. This advanced formula helps repair and reactivate dormant hair follicles at a cellular level, offering faster, more predictable results compared to PRP alone.
Ideal candidates are those experiencing hair loss, thinning, and/or alopecia for many months to a few years. There should be hair follicles that are still partially active, but with little or weakened growth.
Individuals who are completely bald are not candidates for the treatment. Additionally, those with some health conditions and autoimmune disorders may not be candidates for treatment.

If a client arrives 10-15 minutes late to their appointment, we cannot guarantee treatment. If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, the appointment cannot be performed and will be considered a no-show.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
Clients with two (2) or more no-shows and/or last-minute cancellations will be required to provide a $50 deposit per service to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the treatment total at the time of service. If the client cancels within 24 hours or does not attend their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
If a client books a pre-purchased service and attends their appointment as scheduled, the deposit will be refunded after the appointment is completed.
Promotional packages, discounted treatments, and treatment credits are non-transferable, cannot be shared among multiple clients, and cannot be applied towards other services, products, or promotions. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.
Promotional pricing is valid only when all treatments within a bundle or package are redeemed exactly as originally offered. Any unused, altered, or forfeited portion of a promotional package voids the promotional pricing, and all redeemed services will be charged at their regular, non-discounted rates.
All pre-purchased treatments, packages, and promotional credits expires two (2) years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. No monetary value will be issues for unused or expired services.
