herbs2peel is a successfully proven, peeling method for skin regeneration based on a mixture of pure herbs. Its complex composition of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, enzymes, phytohormones, mineral salts and tannins treat and exfoliate the uppermost layers of the skin.

With a more customizable approach than a typical chemical peel, the herbs2peel treatment blend is prepared at the time of each client’s treatment and then carefully massaged into the skin, activating the deep and continuous delivery of nutrients. The herbs2peel formulation and specific application method deliver an increased skin cell turnover rate, preventing congestion and breakouts while promoting collagen production, diminishing premature signs of aging.

There are 2 different herbs2peel formulations that you and your Medical Aesthetician can work together to choose from, to ensure the best-suited treatment plan for you.

The B(eauty) Peel activates the skin’s natural healing response, resulting in an improvement in the skin’s microcirculation, meaning its overall health and ability to absorb ingredients is heightened. A series of treatments with the B peel reduced mild hyperpigmentation, revealing a more even, radiant, and brightened complexion.

The results from the B Peel can show immediately for some and a series of 3 treatments or more is recommended for optimal results. Little to no downtime follows the B Peel, as it yields zero visible signs of peeling. The B Peel can be performed every 5 – 7 days on clients’ skin.

This treatment can also be performed on areas such as the decollete, back, and arms. Prices will vary.

The C(orrective) Peel is a more concentrated and intensive treatment that accelerates the regeneration of the skin to effectively target moderate to severe hyperpigmentation including melasma, enlarged pores, acne, scars, skin laxity, fine lines and wrinkles, and keratosis pilaris.

The treatment includes the initial C Peel, a follow-up treatment 5-7 days afterwards, as well as an at-home skincare program to ensure your skin will heal adequately and your results are optimized.

Downtime following this treatment includes skin sensitivity for up to 5 days and peeling on the 3rd to 6th day following treatment. Usage of the specific and individualized skincare program is necessary to be followed post-treatment. The C Peel can be performed every 28 days on clients’ skin.

This treatment can also be performed on areas such as the decollete, back, and arms. Prices will vary.

Avoid excessive sun exposure for 1 week before treatment
Avoid ablative hair removal methods (eg. waxing, laser hair removal) 7 days prior to treatment
Discontinue use of active ingredients on the skin (eg. retinol, vitamin C, salicylic acid, AHA’s, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, sulfur) 7 days prior to treatment
Ensure you have not taken Accutane for a minimum of 12 months prior to treatment
Ensure you do not have any conditions that affect your healing (eg. autoimmune disorders)
Ensure you do not have any active eczema, psoriases, cold sore, or other skin inflammatory flare ups in the area
Ensure you are not currently pregnant and/or breastfeeding

Avoid excessive sun exposure for 5-7 days following treatment
Avoid ablative hair removal methods (eg. waxing, laser hair removal) 5-7 days after to treatment
Discontinue use of active ingredients on the skin (eg. retinol, vitamin C, salicylic acid, AHA’s, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, sulfur) 3-5 days following to treatment

Applicable to the C Peel Only:

Avoid washing your face for a minimum of 5 days following the treatment
You must use the toner (a.m. & p.m.), moisturizer (a.m. & p.m.), and sunscreen (a.m.) provided to you for at least 5 consecutive days following the treatment
Wash your face after the 5 days with a gentle cleanser, apply a gentle moisturizer, and sunscreen with at least 30+ SPF and broad spectrum protection
You will experience redness and sensitive skin for 1-3 days
You may experience breakouts for 1-7 days following the treatment
You will experience peeling starting day 3 and may possibly continue to peel until day 7
Avoid sweaty exercise and sun exposure for 5-7 days following the treatment
Ensure you’re using a clean/new pillow case and face towel following your treatment
Ensure your glasses and any other items that touch your skin are sanitized before usage
Avoid applying any skincare products containing active ingredients for 5-7 days following the treatment
Purging (developing breakouts) is common after some treatments, as impurities are brought to the surface of the skin

Appointment policies

If a client arrives 10-15 minutes later than their appointment time, we cannot guarantee treatment. If a client arrives 15+ minutes later than their appointment time, we cannot perform treatment and this will be considered a “no-show”.

Please try to give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be considered a “last minute cancellation”.

If a client has 2 or more “no shows” and/or “last minute cancellations”, we will require a $50 deposit per service before booking any future appointments. The deposit will be applied to treatment total. If a client cancels within 24 hours or does not show up to their appointment, their deposit will be forfeited. If the client books a pre-purchased service and shows up to their appointment, their deposit will be refunded after the appointment is completed.
