how many sessions will i need?

Here at Enriched, we recommend starting with our standard treatment package which includes 8 treatments, weekly for 8 weeks consecutively for optimal and long lasting results.

From there, some clients may want to undergo additional treatment packages to achieve greater results, while others may just proceed with maintenance treatments a few times a year.

You will always gain benefits from Forma Plus treatments and it’s perfect for “collagen banking”; there is no downside or disadvantage of continuing to get Plus treatments since it is non-ablative and safe for all skin types!

how much does the forma plus cost?

The pricing of the Forma Plus treatments will vary for each client, as it is based on the size of the area being treated.

As an example, the abdomen area can range between $500 to $2000, at regular price, for a full treatment package of 8.

What are the pre-care instructions for a Forma PLUS treatment?

Unprotected sun exposure to the treatment area 2 weeks prior to treatment can result in complications such as skin burns. SPF 30 is required on the treatment area if it is exposed to the sun
Discontinue the use of Accutane for 12 months prior to treatment
You must wait 3 months after liposuction to begin treatments; a release from your doctor is required.
Avoid the use of Retin-A or any acids that may be irritating to the treatment area 3 days prior to treatment
Please note that you may be more sensitive to the procedure if you are premenstrual or menstruating
The use of blood thinning medications may increase the chances of bruising
If the skin to be treated is irritated, non-intact or bruised we will postpone your treatment until your skin is healed
Ensure you are not currently pregnant and/or breastfeeding

What are the post-care instructions for a forma plus treatment?

Unprotected sun exposure to the treatment area 2 weeks prior to treatment can result in complications such as skin burns. SPF 30 is required on the treatment area if it is exposed to the sun
Immediately following treatment, the area may experienc slight erythema (redness) and/or edema (swelling)
Avoid exfoliating the treatment area 24 hours post treatment
Avoid Retin-A or irritating acids or products for 24 hours following treatment
If the skin in the treated area crusts, do not rub, pick, or use any kind of exfoliation until the treated area heals. Do not shave the area if crusting is present. Contact the office for care instructions
If swelling occurs, apply ice packs. Discomfort or stinging may be alleviated with Tylenol or other pain reliever

Appointment policies

If a client arrives 10-15 minutes later than their appointment time, we cannot guarantee treatment. If a client arrives 15+ minutes later than their appointment time, we cannot perform treatment and this will be considered a “no-show”.

Please try to give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be considered a “last minute cancellation”.

If a client has 2 or more “no shows” and/or “last minute cancellations”, we will require a $50 deposit per service before booking any future appointments. The deposit will be applied to treatment total. If a client cancels within 24 hours or does not show up to their appointment, their deposit will be forfeited. If the client books a pre-purchased service and shows up to their appointment, their deposit will be refunded after the appointment is completed.
